Responsibilities
• Lead New Packaging Projects from feasibility of concept to delivery• Create timing plans and costs in line with the stage gate process• Manage and report on obsolescence• Conduct post project reviews• Lead improvement projects using the TRACC/A3 model• Apply design for manufacturing principles to all innovations• Manage the NPD Risk Management Process• Initiate and manage the trialling and testing of new packaging• Manage handover process from project status to on-going live product status• Ensure component developments and approvals are in line with Product Life Cycle Process
Requirements
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience• Significant experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills• Detailed knowledge of project governance process• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, bottling line requirements, and supply chain processes and packaging• Full UK driving license
