SalaryOur client, a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, based in Islington, are currently seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Project Manager will be working across; residential, mixed use, life science and the residential sector ranging in value from £250k to £10 million.
The candidate will also need a full driving licence and will need to be seeking a long-term role. A candidate with prior experience in a similar role or within construction will be advantageous.
Project Manager Position Overview
- Have strong communication (both written and verbal) skills and an interpersonal style that enables you to flourish in a direct client facing role
- Be able to manage and work within teams, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects
- Be able to chair meetings with confidence.
- Be able to work independently, make sensible judgements and decisions, and take responsibility for doing whatever it takes to get the job done
Project Manager Position Requirements
- Professional qualification in a construction related subject
- Construction industry experience
- Based local to Islington
- Full driving licence
- Must be seeking a long-term role
