We'd love for you to join our friendly, high performing team, based in London. This a hybrid role with 2 days based in our London office and 3 days from home/remote working.
What you'll be doing:
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Project management, including creating and maintaining project plans including objectives, activities, timeline, stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Undertaking Qualitative data analysis.
- Leading recruitment, moderating focus groups, analysing qualitative data and writing reports for a study investigating the challenges for early career scientists and lived experience experts working in mental health research.
- Leading the recruitment of lived experience experts and supporting training/discussion with lived experience experts on a study developing a novel clinical trial platform for mental health.
- Leading stakeholder engagement programmes to understand diverse perspectives across academia and industry to support the development of a clinical trial platform for mental health.
- Working with stakeholders to develop a novel referral platform to support the care of young people with mental health problems.
- Supporting new research initiatives as a Project Manager working in collaboration with consortium partners
- Writing reports for internal and external stakeholders and presenting them as needed.
- Updating contact lists and following data management protocols and GDPR while handling data.
Who we're looking for:
This role is for you, if you have:
- A Degree in Psychology BSc
- Experience of conducting and analysing studies involving qualitative data analysis
- Experience of moderating focus groups
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and deal with competing deadlines
The following qualifications / experience is highly desirable:
- MSc in Psychology or a related discipline
- Monday.com experience
- Experience in stakeholder engagement (leading advisory board meetings)
- Experience working in mental health (either in clinical NHS settings working with patients or in research capacity (recruitment and/or data collection with patients with mental health problems or engagement with patients or lived experience experts on research projects))
