The Project Manager's Role:

The appointed Project Manager will oversee a range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure a comprehensive approach to new builds and refurbishments.
• Coordinate staff and subcontractors, ensuring all parties are aligned with the project's timeline and quality expectations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contribute to the company's growth by leveraging Design & Build experience to enhance project outcomes.

Required Experience:

• Solid experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record in new builds and refurbishments.
• Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Design & Build experience is highly regarded and will significantly enhance your application.
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in Construction Management or related fields.
