Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and optimise projects within our Engineering & Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will ensure project deliverables are achieved and that each project aligns with our business services and clients objectives.

Description

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Ensure alignment of projects with business and clientobjectives.
• Manage resources and coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members (desired)
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (desired)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (necessary)
