As a Project Manager specialising in CAT A/B office fit-outs, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of various projects across the North West. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals and specifications are met.
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work within budget and schedule.
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards and quality control measures on all projects.
- Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Identifying and resolving any challenges or issues that may arise during the fit-out process.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in CAT A/B office fit-out projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple office fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
