Change-IT are looking for a Project Manager that has worked in Data Migration or heavy data led programmes to join a large public sector client based in London. This role is for 12 months initially with a possible extension.

This role is INSIDE IR35, paying between £450-£500 per day based on experience.

Experience Required:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and influence people at all levels across the organisation and outside, including negotiating, successfully facilitating joint decision making and clearly convey concepts, proposals and analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to develop data specific project plans encompassing, but not limited to, data strategy, data migration, data modelling, data testing, internal and external data sets.
• An adept resource able to articulate complex concepts into effective mediums from which multiple stakeholders can derive clear direction and points of integration.
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior and external stakeholders in a delivery capacity.
• Proven ability to manage projects and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand different perspectives and positively influence decision-making.
• Extensive data delivery experience with demonstrable skills in high volume data migration scenarios
• Proven experience of personal responsibility for successfully managing technology and data projects up to a value of £10M in a large, complex, and regulated organisation with multiple interfaces and delivering to time, budget, and quality.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and audience at all levels.
• Management of complex data centric projects and migration of large data repositories
• Migration of large data repositories from externally owned data locations into secure internally located repositories
• Carrying out design authority duties or related assurance role.
