To create safe communities, they empower people to break their cycle of harmful behaviour. Their interventions challenge attitudes and facilitate long-lasting behaviour change and are driven by the belief that people can make better decisions, given the right support. They are specialists in designing and delivering evidence- based, transformative behaviour changes courses within the criminal justice system (CJS) and wider community. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Youth Endowment Fund ("YEF") funded project on the efficacy of RISE’s Child, Adolescent to Parent Violence and abuse ("CAPVA") intervention delivery across 10 London boroughs using full evaluation Randomised Control Trial ("RCT") process.
They will manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering information to delivery, budget management, and schedule oversight. This is a joint role and will encompass project management and Marketing communications.
The post holder will also focus on developing their brand identity and raising awareness of their services across different markets to support them to become a credible market leader.
