Role outline and purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for the smooth and effective delivery of our brand transition project, to ultimately build awareness and understanding of the Trussell Trust’s mission and vision. Working closely with the Head of Brand, this role will collaborate across the organisation and network, building approaches that serve the needs of audiences and stakeholders. Workstreams include creative and identity refresh, training and resource creation, communications and campaign planning, and engagement of the food bank network to deliver local rollout across all touchpoints. The Project Manager will work with leads for these areas to ensure an integrated, appropriately paced, impactful rollout.
Responsibilities
· Lead the coordination and implementation of the Trussell Trust’s brand refresh programme, managing the timings and dependencies of connected workstreams, proactively identifying and managing opportunities and risks.
· Work with network facing teams and food banks to phase and develop appropriate rollout support, delivery and resources.
· Work with creative studio teams to align development and refresh work with the timeline and rollout sequencing.
· Work with communications team and audience relationship holders to ensure audiences and stakeholders are mapped and a strong proactive and reactive communications plan is in place.
· Work with Learning and development and people teams to work to embed a phased programme of onboarding and support for all teams.
· Work across the Strategic Communications Directorate and Public Engagement to support the planning of a large scale awareness campaign coinciding with the external brand refresh.
Person Specification
Technical skills and minimum knowledge:
· Proven experience of managing the implementation of a complex high profile project
· Experience of implementing brand development and identity work across multiple audiences and stakeholders
· Confident planning skills, with the ability to present plans, timelines and interdependencies with clarity
· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying conflicting demands and establishing clear priorities
· Proven experience of building relationships and influencing in order to achieve the most impactful result in collaboration with others
· Proven experience of working with creative, marketing and communications teams and channels
