- Hard & Soft landscaping,
- Power hub installations
- RoadWorks / Driveways
- Fencing / Gateways
Whilst Reporting to the onsite Project Director, you'll manage a team of site managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project in accordance with the JCT contract and specifications.
- Lead and support site managers and workers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate earthworks, utilities, landscaping, and power hub deployments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders to align objectives and integrate project elements seamlessly.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Not essential
- Proven experience managing civil engineering project from £7 Million to £20 Million
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
