Project Manager (Commercial CAT B Fit-out) - Sheffield - 3 Months - Pay up to £320 Per Day (CIS)

Project Manager.
Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on the delivery of a commercial Fit-out in the centre of Sheffield City Centre.

Working as a Project Lead on this fast-track project in a city centre location, you MUST have experience of managing Commercial fit-out projects in your RECENT project history.
Working within an operational team of 3 Managers, you will be leading on this project on a day-to-day basis, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
This role is working for a leading Tier One Main Contractor business on the delivery of this fast-track high-end project being delivered within a live environment in a City Centre location.

As well as having the above experience of regularly delivering commercial fit-out projects , you must also hold a valid CSCS Black Management Card, First Aid at Work & SMSTS.
You will also be required to hold valid Duty to Manage Asbestos & Fire Marshall Qualifications, however, these can be undertaken as required.

If you are an experienced Project Manager, with prior experience of commercial fit-out contracts as a Lead Project Manager on site, and hold the necessary Qualifications & Certificates then we look forward to hearing from you!
