Remuneration: £55,000 - £61,000
Benefits: Car Allowance (£5,550), 7% pension, healthcare, 4x death in service, 26 days annual leave
The role of the Project Manager – Concrete Repairs will involve:

• Project Manager position managing one project from tender stage through to completion
• Projects would include concrete testing/surveys, temporary works, hydro demolition, preparation works, Concrete Repairs, formwork, cathodic protection, civil engineering bridge works, barrier replacement, and bridge reconstruction
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe and efficient manor
• Supporting with the recruitment of staff to fulfil project
• Ensure timely handover of reports, measurements, programme changes and other relevant information to the commercial team
• Conduct daily site briefings
• Attend weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders to update on progress
• Make sure projects are completed within budget and time frame

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Concrete Repairs with:

• Must have Project Management experience within the Civil Engineering / Concrete Repairs / Formwork / Falsework / Bride Repairs / Highways market sectors
• Must have experience working on New Engineering Contracts (NEC)
• Experience in managing subcontractors & implementing EWN’s and CE’s
• Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
• Resilient individual that can overcome problems on site
• Full UK driving license
• Wants to take charge and be in control
• Confident and articulate
