An award-winning, strategic and creative brand consultancy specialising in food and drink which is based in beautiful countryside between Bath and Bristol, is now looking for a new Project Manager (you may have worked as a studio manger or a traffic manager previously, agency or clientside)
The agency has a broad mix of clients, ranging from large global household names through to smaller challenger brands.
What you’ll be doing
As Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of packaging projects, from start to completion. This role requires strong planning, prioritisation, and delivery skills, as well as the ability to manage and maintain client relationships, managing expectations where necessary. You will work closely with designers and artworkers to ensure projects are running smoothly on time and within budget, liaising with clients and simultaneously keeping them updated.
You are completely unflappable and have the greatest skills in diplomacy and negotiation, with the ability to get deadlines, timelines, and outputs agreed upon in a very calm and considered way, whilst LOVING the clients!
You will naturally be organised, create and maintain weekly updates on workflows, budgets and timings, understand clients goals and business objectives, collaborate with internal teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation, monitor account budgets, estimates, invoice, and financial reporting and prepare project timelines and ensuring all teams and clients are aware of deadlines.
You’ll need to have
- Prior Project Management experience either for a Creative Agency or branding agency or you could work in-house as a Project Manager.
- Packaging project experience would be the dream, but equally, we’d love to hear from you if you bring branding or artwork experience.
- You’ll have a genuine love for the brand, be able to talk credibly and articulately around these passions and a positive team player attitude.
- The office is based on the outskirts of Bath, this is a hybrid role but you will need access to a car.
- In-depth knowledge of MS 365 including Teams and project management tools.
You can expect a salary of up to £45k and benefits including hybrid working, and possibly condensed hours, different/flexible working patterns
