Great opportunity to join this independent Creative Consultancy and work on their key client account - a true luxury super-brand. Working as an extension of their clients teams, they offer consumer insight and market intelligence, brand management, strategy and consulting, creative production, design and experience. This will suit somebody who is smart and ambitious, with heaps of common sense and initiative, ideally with experience of working for a branding, marketing or communications agency in a project management or project support role.

Key responsibilities
Project Management
- To provide additional project management support across their key luxury client account, both internally and as first point of contact for the client, particularly on Research & Testing projects
- Supporting the Project Manager across all other Intelligence projects
- Point of contact for suppliers, ensuring all communications and briefings are clear, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborating with the Research and Testing Director, ensuring they have all the latest information and are clear on priorities and deadlines
- Managing and regularly updating tasks across key projects
- Review/proofread/language check all Research and Testing deliverables before they are sent to the client
Admin
- Support the Project Manager with forecasting resourcing schedules, workflows, budget tracking and planning for the year
- Help maintain a research and testing calendar to propose and manage projects throughout the year
- Help maintain key learnings documentation following all completed projects and help identify intelligence insights from analyses
- Set up job numbers and tasks for new project briefs, manage timesheets for project briefs
Required attributes and experience
- A keen interest in Research and Testing and the opportunities that AI can bring is crucial
- Curious and interested in the client brand and work itself, understanding how each project and conversation/question contributes to the bigger picture and why each project is important to our clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications
- Ability to work on fast-paced projects calmly and confidently ensuring quality over speed
- Experience with timesheet and project management software required
- Excellent English language proofing skills
- Exceptional team player who derives satisfaction from the whole team succeeding

Salary : £40k-£42.5k + good benefits
Location : Soho. Monday – Thursday in the office, working from home on Fridays
