Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retention Consultant. As a Retention Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them retention of After sales customers
Focusing on helping dealership with their retention of existing customers in the North East and North Midlands - mainly home based but will require travel into your areas dealership 3 to 4 visits a week
Duties:
- Provide accurate information about the sites figures on retention
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions through strategy
- Enter customer data and update customer accounts accurately in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with each site to achieve department goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
