This is a predominately remote full-time role. We are based in Central London and you will be required to attend client meetings, team workshops, and social events from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple digital projects, from inception to delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate design, development, and testing teams to ensure cohesive project advancement.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, upholding strong relationships and transparent communication.
- Craft and modify comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource distributions to align with goals.
- Tackle project risks proactively, employing problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables, overseeing the assurance process to meet client standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings, updating stakeholders and integrating feedback.
Skills and Experience:
We are in search of a Digital Project Lead with a proven portfolio in leading digital initiatives, with key qualifications that include:
- Mastery of the software development lifecycle, particularly agile methodologies.
- Superior client and team communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects in tandem.
- Leadership that galvanizes project teams and aligns with collective goals.
- Broad technical knowledge, including React, Flutter, PHP, front-end frameworks, CMS, and CRM systems.
- Aptitude for design, prototyping, and conducting client workshops.
- A degree in a relevant field is beneficial but not required for those with significant practical experience.
