The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, my client are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the Ground Source Heat Pump M&E Projection one of their large M&E construction projects (CHP Energy Centre – Combined Heat & Pressure). You will act as day-to-day management resource leading client co-ordination, CDM requirements, site planning, coordinating and managing all third-party activities, managing packages of work to Times, Cost, Quality and H&S.
The suitable candidate for this role must have prior experience of managing M&E installation projects including LTHW systems , below and above ground pipework, civils & building works, HVAC Systems and M&E in occupied buildings, preferably hospitals,. The candidate must be knowledgeable in CDM, lifting operations, Asbestos Plans and Permits and have strong H&S knowledge.
Ideally you will have previous experience Managing M&E Projects or refurbishments. Complex mechanical refurbishment schemes in a multi-disciplinary project team.
Ability and demonstrable experience in supporting the design development of a project including translating design information into a deliverable format.
Experience of delivering projects in an NHS, Science, or Industrial environment would be a bonus.
