Role Description
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across one or multiple lines of business.
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to deployment of major or minor initiatives concurrently.
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with and support of strategic objectives.
- Assume responsibility for assigned project/s, including tasks, commitments, deliverables, and queries.
- Coordinate teams, document project requirements, and ensure quality delivery.
- Report on project success criteria, metrics, tests, and deployments.
- Participate in Business Requirements analysis and review.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
- Act as an internal quality control check for projects.
- Deliver effective operational and steering committee stakeholder presentations.
- Manage post-production Go-Live issues, ensuring efficient resolution and tracking.
Requirements
- Strong diplomatic and motivational skills for leading across multiple business and technology organizations.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, & stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in application development processes, Agile, Waterfall, JIRA.
