Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending On Experience)

Hunter Mason’s client is an established company offering a range of specialist glazing and façade services to commercial properties. They have now identified the need for a Project Manager, who has experience in high level glass replacements and managing the logistics of working on occupied/existing buildings to join their maintenance division.

Information on the role

• Manage sites from set-up to handover and evaluation.
• Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification.
• Track and report at weekly client update meetings.
• Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
• Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained.
• Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation.
• Manage and maintain all H&S requirements.
• Manage the logistics of working on occupied/existing buildings.

What we’d like from you

• CIOB Or similar preferred
• Previous experience in high level glass replacements
• New Build, Refurbishment, Extensions, Maintenance & Improvement works
• Degree or HND in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related subject
• Experience with CDM Regulations
• Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
• Full driving license
• Commercially aware
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
