Plan and deliver project activity in accordance with agreed aims, outcomes and outputs
Ensure appropriate risk assessments, licences, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures are in place for all activities
Ensure liaison between the commissioned researcher and HMT's community groups
Provide practical support to the Researcher as required
Act as producer of performances, artistic outcomes, sharings, and events as required by project activity
Record all relevant project information, ensuring consistency with HMT's data recording and management systems
Manage and report on project budgets, including monthly spend and forecasting
Produce and submit prompt reports, planning documents and information as required by funders and wider stakeholders.
Maintain effective relationships and communications with all partners to maximise numbers of participants engaging directly with research.
Work closely with the Outreach Manager to find opportunities to bring new groups into project activities and recruiting new volunteers from under-represented groups
Work with colleagues to create an effective project marketing plan
Deliver elements of the communications and marketing plan as needed
Develop and produce project resources where appropriate
Represent Hope Mill Theatre at relevant events and external meetings
Support the Outreach Manager and Evaluation consultant in designing an evaluation framework
Gather and collate evaluation feedback and data as required
Manage freelance project staff
Recruit, induct, manage and support volunteers as needed
Ensure a high standard of professional conduct in dealing with other services and members of the public.
Comply in all areas of work with Hope Mill Theatre's Equality & Diversity Policy, Safeguarding and other policies.
Contribute to the update of Hope Mill Theatre's relevant policies and procedures in line with best practice for the events.
Undertake training considered necessary
