About the Project Manager - Innovation Product Development role:
A great opportunity to impact business growth by supporting global cross-functional project teams on successful innovation project delivery. Working with project sponsors and key stakeholders to provide day-to-day project management support to project teams ensuring consistency of direction, alignment to business needs and focus on priority actions.
A key role within the Project Management team in Global RD&E, you will be delivering global new Product Development projects and sharing your passion for project planning and execution aligned to best practice.
The key responsibilities of our Project Manager - Innovation Product Development will include:
- Leading cross-functional project teams to create clear, robust, and current timelines
- Holding project teams accountable for achieving results by managing project scope, resources, time, cost, quality and risks
- Collaborating with project teams and process owners to effectively deal with ambiguity and establish critical information, to drive good decision making and alignment on prioritization
- Providing process guidance to support project teams on effectively communicating clear asks, timely escalations, and risk profile updates
Previous experience / knowledge required of our Project Manager - Innovation Product Development:
- A team player who is experienced in leading project teams to achieve results and performs well under pressure
- Experienced in project planning and risk mitigation with good investigative and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills
