IMDS Change and Transformation Project Manager

Who we are?
Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) - Part of the Anglian Water network, the IMDS delivers the household and business metering programme which includes installation or new meters, replacement, audits and any trials that may be required. They also lay new or diversion water mains as well as connections to new or existing developments.
What will you be doing as our new Change and Transformation Project Manager?
This role will deliver the initiatives set out in the IMDS Whitebook enabling IMDS to achieve its efficiency objectives whilst also ensuring that our partners achieve their financial targets. It will also support the strategic initiatives set out by Anglian Water and it's partners.
It will deliver all these initiatives and projects to agreed time, cost and quality whilst identifying and mitigating the risks, dependencies and issues as they occur. It will manage both external and internal communications associated with the change.
Key deliverables will be process review and re-design, IT development/exploitation, business case construction & the development/training of AW resources. Developing a project plan, facilitating a lean future state design through to the management of implementation. Managing dependencies with business change projects while engaging & utilising stakeholders is key to drive out operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Produce plans and manage delivery in line with critical milestones
Develop business cases identifying all elements of the project including assessment of costs and benefits
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Implement and monitor delivery against approved project plans
Own and maintain a stakeholder management plan.
Keep stakeholders informed using the appropriate channels of communication.
Liaise with appropriate senior managers for signoff of on key decisions related to the transformation.

Excellent project management and organisational skills
Must have experience of delivering business change
Ability to communicate at all levels of the internal business and external stakeholders
Must be able to deliver complex projects and have excellent customer awareness
Must be able to work with people at all levels of the business
Always take pride in delivering high quality work, completing tasks accurately and to time.
Ability to adapt communication styles to the needs of the audience.
