Here are the details of the position:
Job title: Site Manager
Location: Sunderland, SR5
- Start Date: ASAP
- CSCS mandatory
- The position is full-time.
- Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri
- Payrate: £280 PAYE per day or 350 (CIS)
Role:
- Previous housing experience
- The job involves the project management of the new build site identified below to Practical Completion, including NHBC sign off so ideally experience in this aspect of work.
- Site has have multiple plots nearing completion, utilities will need final connection in some instances and some infrastructure works including NWL adoptions etc
