Our client is the UK largest manufacturer and provider of Precast Concrete solutions.
As a member of the Project Management team, your role will involve visiting our client’s construction sites to agree Safe Systems of Work, producing and distributing all necessary Method Statement / Risk Assessment documentation, producing Lifting Plans and associated documentation for all lifting operations involving the installation of flooring and stair products, liaising with internal and external Clients, Contractors and Consultants, liaising with the Contracts Department to ensure that all works are kept within budget and ensuring site compliance with the approved Method Statements, whilst managing multiple contracts at any one time.
It’s essential that you have a Valid CSCS Gold or Black card and experience in developing Safe Systems of Work, Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Its desirable that you have previous experience of working in the Precast Concrete Industry, a valid CPCS qualification as a Crane Appointed Person, A NEBOSH General Certificate, knowledge of Precast Flooring Federation Code of Practice for the Safe Installation of Precast Floors and Associate Products, a knowledge of Eurocodes and hold an ONC / HND / BTEC in Civil Engineering or a Construction related discipline.
The successful applicant will work on sites within an assigned geographical region, however, will also be required to provide holiday cover and assistance in other regions at times of high demand. On occasions when not on site, the employee will be office based or work from home.
