Project Manager£460 per day inside IR35Remote – 6 months initially
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager leading a property related Software Solution project.
The client is running an estate rationalisation programme and are redesigning and modernising the internal services that manage the property portfolio so they can manage their property more effectively and efficiently; with the main technology solution is software that will enable them to understand and manage their assets more efficiently.
The successful Project manager will lead them in to a soft-market testing phase to refine their views, finalise their requirements and plan and manage the procurement of a solution, and then onto implementation phases.Key knowledge / experience
Experience of designing, planning and managing soft market testing for property-related Software SolutionsExperience of managing the development of procurement-ready functional and non-functional requirements for property-related Software SolutionsExperience of public sector procurementExperience of working in a property management context
