Salary I’m actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a crucial project in the Regulatory Affairs domain, specifically focusing on the implementation stage of the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR).
The successful candidate will manage this 12-month project, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the submission process for medical devices used in our products. This position is remote with one visit to the office a month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage one or more high-level projects related to IVDR implementation, adhering to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
* Devise and implement strategies for the efficient execution of regulatory submissions for devices, ensuring compliance with IVDR regulations.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, overseeing all stages of the development life cycle, including feasibility study, requirements analysis, business plan development, design, testing, and implementation planning.
* Regularly communicate project progress and updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
* Implement change management strategies and navigate challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Document all project requirements, objectives, and regulatory compliance measures.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in managing medium to large-scale projects.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Experience with project management tools, particularly Smartsheet and SharePoint.
* Previous project management experience in Regulatory Affairs or clinical trials would be highly beneficial.
* Background in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare industry is a plus.
