Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a trust as they look to appoint a Project Manager to deliver their Community Enterprise Project , which is funded by the UK Government and working in partnership with Kingston University Business School, and Locality UK. The trust runs a large community building in Tottenham that houses 32 local community organisations. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis until the end of March 2025. The role could be extended but this subject to funding. As Project Manager, you will be lead a team to develop and implement a free training and development programme for SMEs, voluntary sector and charity organisations. You will collaborate with the partner organisations and other key stakeholders to identify needs, procure trainers & consultants, and lead a small team to coordinate logistics, manage resources, track progress, and evaluate impact. The successful candidate will be an experienced project or programme manager with experience of supplier management and negotiation. You will have knowledge of budget management and the needs of small businesses or voluntary organisations. Finally, excellent communication skills and the ability to engaged and inspire a wide range of stakeholders is essential for this position.
