We are currently recruiting for a Transformation Project Manager to lead the coordination and implementation of projects to deliver change across RoSPA’s operations, processes, and systems. In this role you will be the key contact for our external project management and implementation partners, and you will be responsible for scoping and implementation of a PM function.
Are you:
* able to inspire and motivate your team and stakeholders?
* are you able to commute into Birmingham city centre two to three times a week?
* proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as agile, scrum, waterfall, or lean?
Do you have:
* a degree in business, project management, information technology, or a related field?
* strong knowledge of digital technologies, such as web, mobile, cloud, data, analytics, or AI?
* a certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, or PRINCE2?
* demonstrable experience in managing complex digital transformation projects (preferably in the Not for Profit or services sectors)?
* organization skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple tasks and resources?
* negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and secure agreements?
* time management skills to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage your own and others’ schedules?
* risk management skills to identify, analyse, and mitigate potential threats and opportunities?
* problem-solving skills to find solutions to challenges?
* budget management skills to control and monitor project costs, ensuring value for money?
