What will I be doing?
As a Project Manager, you will be the No1 on-site initially managing a new build steel frame teaching block worth £8m. You'll be working on a range of different projects valued between £5m and £30m. You will be given more responsibility and pushed towards a Contracts Management role over time.
Initially, you will be working underneath a Contracts Manager with a great understanding of education projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Reporting to you, you will have a Senior Site Manager and a Site Manager who both have been specifically assigned to that project based on their knowledge and experience of education projects.
