The role: 

The Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Consultant, plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' effective implementation and deployment of MSite software. This involves establishing optimal practices for standard customers and overseeing the execution of tailored projects and Enterprise onboarding. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Product Consultant to ensure that client deployments are executed smoothly, aligning with industry best practices and maintaining the high standards associated with our product. Your contributions will be crucial to the success of our implementations and their long-term effectiveness for our diverse customers.

What you will do as our Project Manager:

Bespoke Project Management:

• Be the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing bespoke projects for our customers.
• Define the project’s scope and determine available resources, set realistic time estimates and highlight and manage risks to achieve success.

Governance:

• Regularly updating internal and customer stakeholders on project progress, issues, and deliverable status against established scopes.
• Completion of Project and Customer documentation in a timely and high-quality manner.

Enterprise and Bespoke Onboarding:

• Define and implement the comprehensive onboarding and change management processes tailored to large-scale bespoke projects, encompassing the implementation of MSite software configurations.
• Orchestrating close collaboration among customer success, product development, and support units to ensure a smooth transition from project initiation to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Defining and Implementing MSite Standards:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, and operations to define and implement best practices for Enterprise and site configurations, fostering continuous improvements and an exceptional customer experience.
• Establish and implement MSite standardisation, aligning with digital initiatives to enhance centralised control and customer benefits.

Our ideal Project Manager will have:

• Project Management Qualification (PMP, APM, or similar)
• Adaptable Communication Skills
• Data-Driven Decision making
• Drive to improve and provide a great customer experience at every touchpoint and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, including management of multiple projects and reporting on overall progress and dependencies.
• An ability to understand customer and market needs, using data to drive insights and decisions.
• Microsoft Tools Inc. Excel
• Saas Project Management 
• Construction industry project management experience
