QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent plus five years relevant experience in a care setting providing support services to young people in the 16 to 25 year age group.

Leading and managing, the day-to-day operation of a project with a range of young people with complex needs.

Planning and organising ability to include the management of resources to strict budgets.

Working knowledge and experience of quality standards and the management of a unit within frameworks.

A relevant third level qualification, e.g. Social Work; Community / Youth Work or Housing, with three years post-qualification experience.

Experience of working with young people with housing issues
