Charity People are delighted to be partnering with Arts & Disability Ireland. This is an interim opportunity to support the team for a period of 3 months. We are looking for immediately available candidates.

About the charity:

Arts & Disability Ireland (ADI) is an organisation dedicated to promoting accessibility and inclusion in the arts for people with disabilities. They work towards creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage with and participate in various artistic activities.

ADI facilitates collaborations between artists with disabilities and the broader arts community, fostering creative expression and showcasing the talents of individuals with disabilities. They also advocate for the integration of accessibility measures within cultural spaces, ensuring that everyone has equal access to artistic experiences.

About the role:

As the Project Manager at Arts & Disability Ireland (ADI), you will collaborate with the Executive Director to oversee the implementation of the organisation's program. This role involves managing various projects and services related to the program's objectives.

Project Management:

• Implement ADI's program, including the Arts and Disability Connect funding scheme.
• Line management of ADI's Programme Support Officer.
• Coordinate relations with artists and external service providers.

• Monitor and evaluate projects, producing reports and recommendations.

Finance and Administration:

• Manage projects within budget constraints.
• Support team members in project implementation.
• Maintain records and documentation for projects.
• Ensure smooth project operations and financial compliance.

General:

• Attend and contribute to Board meetings.
• Liaise with stakeholders and service providers.
• Participate in training and upskilling activities.
