Well-Trusted Technology Retail Client is hiring Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of UK/EU Retail Display programmes into 3rd Party Retail vendors.
Start date: Immediately or as close as possible to 04/03/24
Type of contract: Pay As You Earn
Duration: 12 months with extensions
Location: UK based Contractors who work remotely
Contractors need to have the Right to Work in the UK & to be living in the UK
Ideal Candidates
- '€¢4 - 7 years relevant experience in Project Manager roles within large Retail/Tech organizations such as John Lewis, Curry's, Argos, Dyson, Apple, Samsung, Google and others'€¢Experience of liaising directly with Retailers from the brand side, providing displays, visual merchandising'€¢Must have strong experience working directly with UK retail partners.'€¢Ideally broader geographical experience of European consumer electronics retailers'€¢Experience of creating and maintaining project trackers across multiple programs and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- '€¢Assist with delivery of key design, campaign and technical elements of retail furniture and experience programmes'€¢Maintain project documents to ensure strong project discipline driving on-time delivery'€¢Act as liaison between global fixture vendor partners, graphic companies, Channel Marketing managers, Creative and Marketing cross functional partners on any assets related issues that arise'€¢Utilize internal tools to manage payment activity. Prepare and manage spend tracking documents'€¢Responsible for generating and tracking Projects through internal tools'€¢Work on internal process development to drive efficiencies across a broad scope of programme related activity'€¢Organize vendor partner conference calls weekly to track and update progress ensuring all deadline dates are on track.'€¢Be willing to step in, learn and pick-up tasks for the broader team. The Team is highly collaborative and working remotely from the US, France, Paris, Germany
