Job Details

This post offers an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Estate team within Property Services. We are looking for a client facing Project Officer preferably with experience in delivering projects to support the delivery of the capital programme across the Learning Estate. The post holder will work with the Team Manager (capital programme) and the Project Manager(s) to provide support on project design, specification whilst also helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

The Person

The postholder will hold an HNC, SVQ3 or have equivalent experience within a relevant discipline. You will be an enthusiastic and driven individual, with excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience of effective collaborative working. As a key member of the team, you will be required to take ownership, and be solution focussed in your approach

Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
