As a Project Planner, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the future of the current project and overseeing the project schedule. We are actively seeking a skilled individual to join our existing team on the Lilly Limerick Project.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your strong pharmaceutical background to navigate industry-specific challenges and work seamlessly within a team of planners to ensure project success.
- Lead the project schedule for the EPCM Project Scope.
- Collaborate with CSA trades for the erection of shell and core.
- Utilize your 10 years of experience to drive successful project planning.
- Demonstrate technical prowess by interpreting engineering deliverables and drawings.
- Understand project controls functions, including tender milestones, contract milestones, and extension of time evaluations.
- Chair and facilitate Interactive Planning and coordination meetings.
- Opportunities to establish and maintain an earned value progress reporting system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with multiuser Primavera P6 environments (e.g., LoadSpring) is a plus along with Microsoft Project & Office
- Familiarity with Last Planner methodology is advantageous
- While not necessary, experience with 4D BIM would also be helpful.
- Understand design deliverables and sub-contract mobilization activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
