SalaryI am working with a fast growing business based in Oldham to recruit an experienced Project Planner for a 9 month fixed term contract (with the possibility of a permanent role) to take responsibility for a large project to start ASAP.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans and schedules
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- schedule and panning of resources required for the prject including labour and materials
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Liaise with external stakeholders inclduing clients, subcontractors and external suppliers to ensure the project runs to schedule
- Extensive experience of project planning in construction/buildling services/HVAC industry
- Proficient in using project management software and tools ideally MS Project
- Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
