As our Campaigns and Recruitment Process Manager, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and be responsible for our processes and supplier relationships. Your work will drive and implement effective recruitment strategies, processes and initiatives to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Your role is pivotal to the success of recruitment.

What you'll do
Your role is the backbone of recruitment, as you ensure we have a strategic campaigns process, our policies are up to date, and we have a robust supplier relationship process with the right guardrails. You will create and co-ordinate cross-functional project plans with assigned project leads, including employer brand, assessment, recruitment operations, and executive recruitment, to deliver the recruitment roadmap across all Sainsbury's brands. You will agree the overall approach for the projects, defining objectives and milestones needed to deliver alongside the key measures of success and supporting your team as they implement this. Driving continuous improvement, you promote project and campaign management principles, measuring success, and making recommendations for process enhancements.
You act as the guardian for our recruitment policies, ensuring they are compliant with the right legislation and government requirements. As a natural relationship builder, you will develop strong relationships with our external suppliers to ensure recruitment tools meet requirements, supporting with the selection and onboarding of new suppliers where required. You will be the subject matter expert for project management and for recruitment processes and platforms, sharing best practices and providing meaningful insights and analysis for better allocation of recruitment spend.

Who you are
You have a deep understanding of project management, having managed variety of projects and programmes. With your strong relationship management skills, you can manage multiple stakeholders demands and projects simultaneously. You understand recruitment supply chains and know how to manage large on-site solutions providers and have knowledge of recruitment agency operations for optimal negotiation of terms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills is coupled with sound judgment on resource allocation for maximum return on investment. You have expertise in supporting recruitment policy and process, including knowledge of systems and technology. You naturally thrive in a fast-moving, creative, flexible environment and have a passion for continuous improvement.
