Join our esteemed Supply Chain team as a Procurement Specialist and contribute substantively to the orchestration of cross-functional product evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the enhancement of our supplier onboarding process, introducing efficiency and modern methodologies.
Articulate and manage the intricacies of RFIs, ROMs, RFQs, and NDA processes.
Assume the role of the Supply Chain representative for new projects, ensuring seamless gateway actions.
Oversee pre-production purchasing operations with meticulous control over deliveries, escalation, and expediting.
Lead and support various purchasing activities, including handbooks, audits, and supplier selection, with precision.
Execute component purchases professionally, meeting targets for price, quality, and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrable experience in strategic procurement within a relevant sector.
Proven track record of navigating the complexities of a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in essential software tools, including Word and Excel, coupled with strong keyboard skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with MRP systems.
