Who are we looking for?

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.

You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.

What you'll do:

• Supporting the Quality Control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief
• Understand the contract including service outcomes, scope, timelines and resource required
• Issue supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets
• Providing administration support for the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors
• Managing inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns
• Updating all systems required for the service including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity and Mintsoft
  
• Supporting the communication of service status, milestones and risks and issues
• Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally

What you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Experience working in an administrative role
  
• Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
• GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
