Project Quality Manager

Project Quality Manager (PQM) - London (Hybrid) - up to £65,000 + Bonus + Ex. Benefits - Permanent
Primary Purpose:
The Project Quality Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external Quality Management aspects of a contract/project, ensuring implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System throughout the Tender, Project implementation, and After Sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review quality documentation for bids, ensuring compliance and risk identification
• Provide quality support during bid meetings.
• Implement project Quality requirements for the company and subcontractor activities.
• Manage acceptance status of the company's Products and Services, addressing deficiencies.
• Handle customer interface during audits and acceptance processes, resolving issues promptly.
• Support project risk management through timely actions.
• Report and address issues throughout project implementation and after-sales support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and Quality functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in quality management system requirements such as ISO9001 / TL9000 (QMS).
• Desirable skills include Project Management, Basic Commercial Skills, and/or Lead Auditor training.
