SalaryA Permananet Opportunity has arisen for a Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a busy Construction Commercial Department based in Dudley.
Salary of 45 - 50k plus Package.
Responsibilities:
- As the Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor, you will be a fully-fledged Project Surveyor with experience of managing projects from cradle to grave and managing all commercial areas.
Required:
- To be successful for this role of Quantity Surveyor, it is required that you have strong project experience in managing values from 5m to 15m.
Experience working on frameworks, government projects, education, leisure & healthcare.
Desired:
- Ideally, Quntatity Surveyor degree qualified but not essential.
- Ideally knowledge and experience of working on Healthcare and Education projects.
