Project Quantity Surveyor

Intersect Global has partnered with a recognised consultancy based in Brighton east Sussex. Our client is an established consultancy that works on behalf of recognised contractors to support projects throughout London and the southeast.
Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking to add to the team with an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to help manage several different projects across several sectors including, commercial fit-out/residential/industrial.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at a time of development that could lead to future leadership opportunities.
The Role
·Working with contractors to manage several different build packages
·Working across various sectors with numerous contracting clients.
·Office based (Brighton)
·£50k - £60k + Package.
Experience Required
·4+ Years of Main Contractor experience
·Working knowledge of different contract forms including JCT
·Previous experience working on build packages from pre-construction to final accounts.
·Commutable distance to Brighton
