My client is looking for someone with relevant experience, able to make outbound calls to customers to generate growth and retention. You will need to be resilient, passionate and able to build strong relationships.
£24,000 per annum
8am-5pm (Office based)
On site car park
Main Duties;
o Working alongside the sales teams to drive, generate revenue and achieve targets
o Managing and coordinating day-to-day activities and planning workload
o Sole responsibility for keeping the project tracking database up to date
o Assessing customer performance and providing feedback to management and team members
o Creating and reviewing monthly sales reports
o To be able to provide outstanding customer service
o To be able to liaise with other departments efficiently and effectively
o Project chasing including targeting contractors and ongoing projects
o Working to deadlines
o Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email
Person Specification;
o Previous experience in administration and sales is essential
o Confident with outbound calling and building customer relationships
o Excellent people skills
o Previous knowledge of Salesforce, Barbour ABI (project lead tracking) is advantageous
o Can work on own initiative and part of a team
o Good time keeping and attendance
o Ensure that outstanding customer service is upheld
o Passionate and resilient
