Job description

Looking to recruit a Project Support Administrator based around Stonehouse to join a leading Property services company on a part time basis.

Permanent, either two or three days a week, pension and holiday pro rata.


responsibilities:

  • Reviewing job sheets, cost and invoicing.
  • Invoicing against correct SOR codes.
  • Managing high work load to include emails, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Updating client systems, general admin duties.

requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a social housing environment.
  • Experience of M3NHF version 7.
  • Knowledge of SOR codes.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have a strong customer focus.
