The successful candidate will assist the SureStart Co-ordinator in the effective operational management of the project as a whole in accordance with guidelines and directions issued by the DOWN Sure Start Management Committee, South Eastern Area Childcare Partnership and the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust..

Be able to demonstrate at least three years post qualifying experience in promoting and developing services for children and families At least two years / experience of managing and supervising staff.A relevant degree or professional qualification in Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work, Teaching, Allied health professional, Community Development, Community Work or Early Years.Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. Be able to demonstrate at least three years post qualifying experience in promoting and developing services for children and families
