What you will be doing:
Main Responsibilities: As a Project Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Labour Management:
- Collect data from daily labour allocation sheets for weekly payroll submission using Donseed and Microsoft Access systems.
- Submit new starter information to Human Resources, ensuring compliance with legal, health & safety requirements, and data protection regulations.
Plant Management:
- Process hires, off hires, purchases, operated hire, repairs, and exchanges to support project needs using Coins and AssetTagz software.
Material Management:
- Raise material requisitions as required by the Project Team and receipt goods delivered via Coins and AssetTagz.
- Manage weekly unmatched invoices reports and resolve delivery queries.
- Maintain stationery levels and order consumables through Buysite.
Quality Control:
- Update the Environmental Waste Management register and issue clients with necessary environmental data to comply with legislation.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain an up-to-date register of employee training competencies to meet health and safety standards.
Reporting:
- Issue timely reports to the Commercial Team, Project Team, and Project Support Lead.
General Administration:
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties, including booking accommodations, travel, meetings, and catering for events.
Fundraising:
- Assist the Project Team with charity events and promote the Carey Foundation.
