Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to start in January?

Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for an experienced Project Support Officer to start on a temporary 6 month contract.

You would be based in their SEND Engagement Team with key responsibilities including:

  • To plan and develop engagement frameworks and co-construction projects with children, their families and parent carer organisations.
  • Lead on delivering consultation, engagement, participation and co- construction events and activities with children, young people and their families.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies to develop responses to children and families accessing services in
  • To develop, implement, evaluate, and review operational policies in relation to consultation, engagement and co-production with children and young people with SEND and their families.
  • Develop communication guidelines for SEND services with the aim of connecting SEND services creating a clear, concise message with understandable and accessible language.

Skills/experience:

  • Experience of undertaking consultation projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with strategic partnerships on improving practice and services.
  • Ability to lead and manage busy projects.
