To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to come and join our team, based between our Head Office (LE67 6HS) and Sutton Coldfield site (B75 5SX).
As our Project Support Officer, you will:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant team members
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and key milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates for project reporting
• Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking – monitor project timelines and deliverables to identify potential resource gaps or bottlenecks
• Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and outcomes
• Work with the project team to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet expectation
• Work closely with team members to address and resolve any issues with prompt
In order to be successful as our Project Support Officer, ideally we’d like you to have:
• Proven experience in a Project Support or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools and software
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
