At Peregrine, we???re proud to be recruiting on behalf of our clients. We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Home Office.

Client details: 

This role sits within the Home Office???s Technology Solutions for People at the Border (TSPB) team.

The Role: 

We are looking for someone with analytical skills and an analytical mindset to work closely with the Director advising regarding financials including forecasting, actual spend, and other financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight/forecast reporting on TSPB budget forecasts, actual spend, accruals and all other associated financial matters. Liaising with central finance to ensure month and year-end finance journals accurately reflect activity undertaken by the programme during each reporting period.
• Identify any opportunities/risks for escalation, providing assurance to senior leadership teams that budget is managed effectively, and appropriate controls are in place and continue to be maintained.
• Be the responsible Work Force Planner, ensuring team roles and changes to Full Time Equivalent (FTE) are accurately identified and recorded and reported accordingly to commissions. Lead on all recruitment management to ensure completion of end-to-end process.
• Supporting programme governance by identifying and recommending appropriate project controls, providing key reports to support reporting progress to relevant boards.
• Lead and co-ordinate on Project reporting and Programme Dashboards.
