Projects Leader

Wild we are recruiting for a Projects Leader on a FTC basis for our client who are a leader in what they do with a global presence. This role offers Hybrid working, with beautifully, brand new offices to work in.

My client are looking for someone with 2-3 year's experience in Project Management, to have great Organisational and Communication skills as you will be liaising with there branches and able to collaborate easily.

Key responsibilities:

• To review new item requests - looking at all details including development needs, supplies, cost and product lead-times etc.
• Able to collaborate with others within the design of projects
• Supply Chain analyst for pricing accuracy review
• Able to coordinate all products changes accurately and within a time frame
• Responsible for ensuring completion of relevant authorisation and support documentation
• Can follow specific processes and procedures with new suppliers, like documentation requests and order placing
• To collaborate with product or technical specialists when needed
• Can manage, maintain and define project plans to make sure all goals and objectives are met
• Able act as a liaison between stakeholders and other team members

Behaviours and desirable experience:

• General knowledge of marketing, quality assurance and research and development
• An understanding of costs relating to product development inventory, manufacturing, basic knowledge in budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking principles and compliance
• Can demonstrate numeracy skills to a good level
• The ability to manage through routine, ambiguity and change
• Can manage up to 20+ development projects both independently or within a team
• Broad knowledge of the manufacturing processes involved with the company
• Able to use ERP systems and to maintain master data systems
• Be action orientated and pro active with a @do it now' personality
• Will need a full and valid UK driving licence
